Defined metabolic conditioning, is an intense circuit-style workout that is one of the most popular training methods used in the fitness industry today. Metcon utilizes a combination of strength training exercises and timed anaerobic conditioning drills. Workouts may be timed. Consisting of 4 to 10 exercises performed in multiple rounds, with very little rest. Goal: Complete your workout or circuit as quickly as possible while maintaining proper form and staying near your anaerobic threshold. This maximizes the challenge and your energy output.

Taught by SCC instructor Wayne Standaloft. The “i” stands for interval and the “t” for training… A full body interval workout. Speeds up the metabolism and continues to burn more calories even after you’ve finished your workout.

30 × 30 × 30
The endurance cardio workout. 30 minutes of high/low aerobics; 30 minutes of mountain (incline step) or regular step aerobics; followed by 30 minutes of cardio sculpt. The workout includes resistance training which utilizes varying equipment such as dumbbells, bodybar, gliders, dynabands, medicine balls, kettlebells and your own body weight as resistance. Benefits: strengthens the entire body ending with a focus on the core (abdominals).

Lets Roll!!
Created and instructed by Sari Dana, SCC Group Fitness Instructor/Health Coach. Roll away tight muscles, knots and kinks with one of the most effective tools for physique " building recovery and injury prevention. Body Rolling is gaining popularity among elite athletes because of the drastic and usually immediate impact it has on their performance and overall health. It addresses Self Myofacial Release (SMR) which addresses the body’s facial anatomy, the fibrous connective tissue that holds the body and gives it shape. A 45-minute experience will have you rolling in no time! Perfect pre- and post-class, or benefitting on its own.

Lean physique | Taught by Elgin and Alexander. A non-impact class designed to tone, trim and transform the body with a fusion of barre and resistance training. A fast-paced, challenging, fat-burning class that hits the legs, arms and core. You will feel the burn!!

30-minute heavy bag workout followed by 30 minutes of bootcamp drills.

High intensity interval training.

Cardio dance
Aerobic dance followed by toning.

Circuit Training
Utilizing multiple stations, TRX, jump-ropes, sand bells, body weight, etc. Consisting of 2-3 aerobic/ strength exercises in each. Performed non-stop to sustain endurance and stamina. A great calorie burner.

New! A 40-minute heated cardio class followed by 20 minutes of toning.

Tabata Interval Training
No corners to cut, just hard work, set to a ticking clock, bars, kettle bells, jumpropes and more.

A cardio workout set to a pulsing soundtrack. Classes are technique and terraine based. Emphasis on cadence, heart rate zones, climbs and sprints for unpredictable and challenging rides.

Vinyasa Yoga
This class combines flexibility and strength into a challenging yoga flow, a fast-paced, intense style of yoga which is both energizing and healing.

Yoga Intensity
With Diana Treglia. An intermediate/advanced yoga workshop class. The progression entails a different focus each month.

On The Ball
Amazing body shaper class using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, stability ball, gliders and more to firm, lift, tighten, and tone all of the areas of the body.

Turbo Strength
Fitness the “wright” way, created by fitness professional/celebrity trainer, Leo Wright. A fusion of boot camp, hit training, and dance moves, put to motivational tunes.

Ultimate Strength
This non-impact class, includes a fusion of functional moves, core work, and a total body strength that will torch calories even after the class has ended.

With Sari D. New signature class! Cardio- Sari’s signature class seamlessly blends strength Pilates & Yoga into a powerfully balanced invigorating barefoot work out on a yoga mat which is infused with positive thoughts meant to inspire, and take way beyond the classroom.

With the use of TRX equipment. Small group sessions upon request.
