Pro-Rates and Trial Policies

We understand that children sometimes need to try a program before they commit or it takes some convincing to get them started. The Center does offer pro-rates if you are starting late and trials if your child needs to try a day.

Pro-Rate Policies

  • The Center will pro-rate any program up to 3 weeks missed.
  • For Sundays, you will be pro-rated $30 after the 1st week missed, $50 after the 2nd week missed, and $60 after the 3rd week missed.
  • At the 5 week mark, you can register for the 5 week only options.
  • For Fridays, you will be pro-rated $25 after the 1st week missed, $40 after the 2nd week missed, and $50 after the 3rd week missed
  • Program cannot be registered for after the 5th week.
  • Prorates are done on a sliding scale because it is difficult and costly for us to purchase new supplies, uniforms etc. separately for new additions and time consuming to continue making changes to rosters.
  • The center reserves the right to refuse a pro-rate in a specific program that might be sold out.
  • The center reserves the right to refuse a pro-rate in a specific program that might require a start on the first day based on prep work needed to be done by the specialist or coach.
  • The center does not pro-rate fees on busing.
