9:15–10:15 AM: Chair Movements with Rhythm of Breaths with Hava (Senior Adult Lounge)

10:30 AM–11:30 AM: Light Conditioning with Mike (Senior Adult Lounge)

9–9:50 PM: Dance with Levi & Jodi (Senior Adult Lounge)

10–10:45 AM: Floor Yoga with Marissa (Senior Adult Lounge)
