Rabbi Joey Faur

Rabbi Joey Faur is a community member who grew up in Israel, serving in the elite Sayeret Tzanchanim unit and as a field interrogator. He now serves in the Reserve Army, and will begin as the rabbi of Magen David of Manhattan in December.

Menachem Mendel Vile

Mendel drafted into the IDF and faced combat in Gaza following the October 7th massacre. He was severely injured by an anti-tank missile in the battlefield which forever altered his life.
