BE THERE. BE HEARD.
This massive gathering in Washington, D.C. will bring together communities from across the country to show strong solidarity with the Israeli people, while demanding the immediate release of the remaining hostages and to condemn the rise of antisemitism.
Location: National Mall in Washington D.C.
Hours: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Gates Open: 10:00 a.m.
Entry: Free and open to the public
LOGISTICS
- Participants cannot have signs on posts, sticks or other things that might be perceived of as a weapon.
- The organizers will be distributing materials to the crowd including flags, posters and signage.
- The bus will not make any stops. Please plan to bring breakfast, lunch, and dinner with you.
- Once you get to Washington, DC: All buses will go to the RFK stadium parking lot to offload participants and park. Participants will take the metro from there to the Smithsonian stop.
SECURITY
- The march is being closely coordinated with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
- The entire march area will be fenced, with some 30+ high-speed metal detectors at the entrances.
- Backpacks will be allowed subject to checks, but larger bags, like luggage, will not be allowed. More information and specifics forthcoming on what is and isn’t allowed.

Indemnity Clause for March for Israel Transportation:
By registering for this event, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sephardic Community Center (“SCC”), its directors, employees, agents, and representatives (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Indemnified Parties”), against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to any act, omission, or event that occurs in the course of the SCC’s operations, including but not limited to its programs, events, or activities leading to or during my/our participation in the November 14, 2023 March for Israel event.
I agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Bus Departure Time: Buses will depart at 7 AM sharp from designated locations in Brooklyn, NY. It is my responsibility to arrive at the departure point on time. The Center will not be held responsible for any delays, missed buses, or inconveniences resulting from late arrival.
- Event Participation: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to join this event.
- Event Description: The March for Israel is a public gathering at the National Mall in Washington, D.C., scheduled from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. The gates will open at 10:00 a.m., and entry is free and open to the public.
- Logistics: For security and safety reasons, participants are prohibited from carrying signs on posts, sticks, or any objects that could be perceived as weapons. The event organizers will distribute materials to the crowd, including flags, posters, and signage.
- Security Measures: The March for Israel event is closely coordinated with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The entire march area will be fenced, and there will be over 30 high-speed metal detectors at the entrances. While backpacks are allowed subject to security checks, larger bags, such as luggage, will not be permitted.
By participating in this event and using our bus transportation, I acknowledge and agree to adhere to the above terms and conditions. I also understand and accept that I am solely responsible for arriving at the bus departure point on time, and any consequences resulting from late arrival will not be the responsibility of the event organizers or transportation providers.
