Lauren Sakkal

Lauren has been part of our Center family for quite a while now, and her love for our family stems from the love she has for her own family. “As a mom, I have a love for children. I love seeing the smiles on children’s faces every day. It’s great seeing how the community comes together for good, which I see a lot at the Center.” Lauren remembers spending time at the Center at a very young age, and she can relate to the memories our youth creates in the halls. “I was a camper here when I was 6, and I grew up and became a counselor, supervisor, and unit head throughout the years”

Lauren is always be open to learning new ideas, which makes her a great asset to the Center and to everywhere she goes. Lauren’s belief is to approach life with kindness, love, and happiness. Lauren studied early childhood education. Lauren comes from a family of event planners and organizers, which helped shape her into the successful youth program supervisor that she is today.

During her free time, you could find Lauren dancing, baking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
